All of our bundles include a Poynt Smart Terminal
The Poynt Smart Terminal is an all-in-one smart terminal. This payment terminal has more integrated features than anything on the market currently. Connects via WiFi and can process EMV Chip, NFC, Mag Stripe, Gift Cards, EBT, Cash and Debit Cards. It also has a built-in receipt printer or sends receipts via text or email.
Do I need to purchase a hardware bundle?
No, if you already have a computer and the accessories to scan items, print receipts and hold cash you will only need to purchase the Smart Payment Terminal in order to process credit cards.
What is the difference between the Starter and Go Big bundles?
The Starter bundle is ideal for smaller retailers that just need a computer to run the point of sale software and want the mobility a Chromebook provides. The Go Big bundle includes a faster Windows touch screen computer that can be used for more business applications than just accessing the internet. The Go Big Bundle is also better suited for high volume sales environments since it includes a larger touch screen, larger cash drawer (16 x 16) and a high volume receipt printer.
Do warranties come with the hardware bundles?
All products listed in the bundles come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. You will need to register your units and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty related issues.
Is the Evosus Pro Merchant account required?
Our integrated credit card processing makes the point of sale payments seamless for our customers. All sales transactions are immediately synced with QuickBooks Online eliminating the need for double entry. If you want to continue using your current merchant account, transactions will need to be entered manually in QuickBooks Online.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Hardware orders are processed once your merchant account is approved. The approval process can take up to 2 business days. After approval your hardware bundle order will be shipped and delivered in 3 to 5 days depending on where you are located in the United States. If you don’t receive a tracking number emailed to you within 3 days of ordering then please create a support ticket on the Evosus Help Desk.
