Building Foundations Workshop: Service Basics
In this workshop you'll learn how to setup the most basic Evosus requirements for solid scheduling. You'll categorize your tasks into meaningful categories, sub-categories(types), common problems so you can use them in reporting and smart scheduling. You'll also look at how to build service interview into your service in-take process so anyone can schedule a service call with ease. Finally, you'll learn how to setup Time Frames to make your scheduling process even more efficient as well as define Service "hours of operation."
